Storylayer is a publishing tool, not a bot. Every Story in Storylayer is:

Created by you
Configured by you
Connected to data sources you own
Publishing to accounts you own and have authenticated
Pausable or stoppable at any time

How a Story works (step by step)

You connect your data source (Airtable, API, CMS)
You choose which channels to publish to (Instagram, Facebook, X, Ghost)
You design or select a visual template
You map your data fields to the template
You set the publishing schedule
You review and activate — or post immediately
Storylayer publishes content on the schedule you set
You can pause, edit, or stop at any time

What Storylayer does NOT do

Storylayer does not access accounts you have not explicitly connected
Storylayer does not post to accounts without your authorization
Storylayer does not scrape or republish third-party content
Storylayer does not create fake accounts or personas
Storylayer does not post more than the rate limits you set
